LOW CARB DONUTS RECIPE

This is a low carb smoothie, rich in texture good for digestion and full of healthy protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk/ skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Few mint leaves (3 to 4 leaves)
  • For topping shredded coconut

Directions

*Add all ingredients to a blender.

*Blend for 45 seconds on high.

*Top with shredded coconut.
