Some creative breakfast to make your morning interesting. It’s yummy and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup pancake mix (any company)
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 3 table spoon of Gelatin
  • 2 table spoon of coco powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • Vanilla essence according to taste

Topping:

According to your choice we are using coconut cream

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350F. 
  • Add desired toppings
