CHOCOLATE AM SMOOTHIE

A healthy protein-rich snack.

Ingredients

4 chocolates Bars

1 tsp vanilla powder

1 tablespoon of chocolate powder

1 cup raw, unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup cacao butter

2 Tbsp  desi ghee

A generous pinch of salt

Sweetener of choice to taste

Directions

  • Add the ghee and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted.
  • Now add the chocolate powder, vanilla, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine. 
  • Line a small-medium sized container with baking paper.
  • Pour the liquid chocolate into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate bars and crushed cookies over the top of the chocolate.
  • Place in the fridge to set.
  • When it’s ready, slice and enjoy.
