A healthy protein-rich snack.
Ingredients
4 chocolates Bars
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
1 cup raw, unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup cacao butter
2 Tbsp desi ghee
A generous pinch of salt
Sweetener of choice to taste
Directions
- Add the ghee and cacao
butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted.
- Now add the chocolate
powder, vanilla, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine.
- Line a small-medium sized
container with baking paper.
- Pour the liquid chocolate
into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate bars and crushed
cookies over the top of the chocolate.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- When it’s ready, slice and
enjoy.
