Egg coffee latte is a traditional Vietnamese drink. It’s great for a pre- post-workout drink. Gelatin and egg make this drink a powder dose of protein which is good for muscles and joints.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon black coffee
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla extract optional
Directions
- Add coffee, eggs, butter
and cinnamon to the blender.
- Then add gelatin and blend
- Top with cinnamon.
- Serves hot
