tbsp Gelatin powder

cup of water
- ½
cup of any sweetener (if you are on diet)
- 1
tsp vanilla extract

- Take a bowl and add half a cup of water then sprinkle gelatin in the water and give it a good stir. (Leave it to rest for about 5 to 10min).
- Take a stove and turn on the burner take another plain ½ cup water and pour it in the stove add half cup of sweetener stir till the water comes to the boiling point.
- Take a clean dry bowl and add the gluey textured gelatin and with a machine blender, blend it for 2 min.
- Start pouring in hot water mixture blend it for 10 min.
- Add vanilla extract
- Mix it till it reach a fluffy texture and it not running
- Add food colour
- Pour the mixture in a a glass dish covered with baking sheet (cover the baking sheet with sweetner)
- Put it in the freezer
- When it will become bit hard serve and enjoy!
