Gelito Champagne Jellies easy to prepare and a deliciously recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Champagne or Sparkling Wine – 1 cup
  2. Unflavored Gelatin – 1 bundle (around 2.5 teaspoons)
  3. Sugar – 2-4 tablespoons (change to taste)
  4. Water – 1/2 cup
  5. Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  6. Fresh Berries (optional) – for garnish

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Gelatin:
    • Pour the water into a little pot and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat and Dissolve:
    • Heat the water and gelatin blend over low heat, blending until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  3. Add Champagne:
    • Remove the container from warm and mix in the sugar until it dissolves. Then, slowly pour in the champagne and lemon juice, blending delicately to combine.
  4. Mold the Jellies:
    • Pour the blend into little molds, mugs, or a shallow dish. If utilizing, include new berries into the molds. Refrigerate for at slightest 4 hours or until completely set.
  5. Serve:
    • Once set, remove the jellies from the molds (if using). Serve chilled, embellished with extra new berries if desired.
