Gelito Vanilla Pudding a super easy and quick dessert.
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup White Sugar
3 tablespoon Gelito Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add milk.
Heat the milk until bubbles form at edges.
In a bowl, combine sugar, Gelito powder, and salt.
Pour the mixture into the boiling milk a little at a time, keep stirring to dissolve.
Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.
Do not boil the batter.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and butter.
Pour into serving dishes. Chill before serving and add fresh fruit on top.
