Delicate Green Gelatin Desserts Garnished with Green mint Leaves

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Halal Gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup pandan juice or green food coloring (for the green color)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lime juice (optional, for a citrusy flavor)

Directions:

  1. Prepare gelatin:
    Bloom 1 tbsp halal gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat liquid:
    Heat 3/4 cup water with sugar. Add pandan juice or green food coloring.
  3. Mix gelatin:
    Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add flavor:
    Mix in vanilla or lime juice (optional).
  5. Mold and chill:
    Pour into molds, refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Garnish:
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
