Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Halal Gelatin powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup pandan juice or green food coloring (for the green color)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Lime juice (optional, for a citrusy flavor)
Directions:
- Prepare gelatin:
Bloom 1 tbsp halal gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes. - Heat liquid:
Heat 3/4 cup water with sugar. Add pandan juice or green food coloring. - Mix gelatin:
Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. - Add flavor:
Mix in vanilla or lime juice (optional). - Mold and chill:
Pour into molds, refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. - Garnish:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
