Here is a super healthy recipe that serves as a rich base for soups and flavours for vegetable, it also delivers healthy protein along with vitamins
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon desi ghee
- 3 medium carrots (chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 broccoli
- 1 tablespoon dry mix of (your choice of fresh oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, etc.)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon gelatin
- To make it spicy add spice mixture (totally up to you but for health, perspective skip this)
Directions
- In a large stockpot,
lightly saute the veggies for few minutes
- Add the beef bones and dry
mix and cover with water. Add the apple cider vinegar to the water
- Simmer on a low heat or you
can do this in your slow cooker if you prefer.
- After your broth has
reached the desired color and flavor, remove the bones and strain the
vegetables out.
- Add gelatin to broth and
stir until dissolved. Optional: Add salt and spices to taste at this point
- Serve it hot
