Ingredients

Milk 500ml

Cinnamon sticks 2

Ginger ½ inch piece

Green cardamom 3

Cloves 2

Gelatin ½ tsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Black pepper crushed ¼ tsp

 Honey 2 tbs Substitute: Brown sugar 2 tbs

Almonds chopped

Directions

In a kettle, add milk & bring it to boil.

In spice strainer, add cinnamon sticks, ginger, green cardamom and cloves, close it & set aside.

 In milk, add turmeric powder, gelatin, black pepper crushed and whisk well.

Put spice strainer in boiling milk & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Remove spice strainer, turn off the flame, add honey & mix well.

Garnish with almonds & serve hot or warm.
