Ingredients

3 tablespoons gelatin

1 cup coconut cream/ heavy cream**

1/2 cup water

6 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons sweetener

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix gelatin and water and set aside for a few minutes.
  • In a saucepan on low heat, add all ingredients and stir continuously until mixed properly.
  • Add the gelatin, and stir until the gelatin has dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.
  • If the butter does not fully incorporate into the mixture, whisk well until its mix
  • Allow it to cool slightly, then pour into your choice of silicone molds.
  • Place molds in the fridge for about an hour or until firm.
