Well, let’s enjoy Mango season to the fullest. Here is a fun recipe that you will enjoy for sure.

Ingredients

  • Mango ½ kg
  • Milk 1 & ½ litres
  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • 1 tsp (Milk)
  • 2 Rice flour
  • ½ tbs gelatin powder
  • Khoa 50 gms

Directions

  • Blend the mangoes and make puree and put it aside
  • Take a saucepan add milk and boil it
  • Now add sugar cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  • Now add rice flour and gelatin powder (In cooked milk, dissolve this mixture well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes)
  • Turn off the flame, add khoa and mix well and let it cool down.
  • Now add mango puree and mix well.

Pour in mould and freeze for 8 hours to overnight in air tight container
