Ingredients
- Mango ½ kg
- Milk 1
& ½ litres
- Sugar 1
Cup
- 1 tsp
(Milk)
- 2 Rice
flour
- ½ tbs
gelatin powder
- Khoa 50
gms
Directions
- Blend the
mangoes and make puree and put it aside
- Take a
saucepan add milk and boil it
- Now add
sugar cardamom powder,
mix well and cook for 5 minutes
- Now add rice flour and gelatin powder (In cooked milk,
dissolve this mixture well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes)
- Turn off the flame,
add khoa and mix well and let it cool down.
- Now add mango puree
and mix well.
Pour in mould and freeze for 8 hours to overnight in air tight container
