A perfect healthy drink “Masla bobaa tea”. Served either hot or cold!

Ingredients (Masla Tea)

  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 Tbsp Tea Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Whip Cream (if you are on KETO DIET) otherwise ½ cup of milk
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 4 Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Tsp  (low carb sweetener of choice) Sweeten to taste 

Method (Masla Tea)

Peel and chop the ginger and crush the cardamom.

  1. Put the water on the stove and add the ginger and cardamom and bring to a rolling boil
  2. Add the tea leaves and boil away for 2-3 minutes and also add in the sweetener of your choice
  3. Add in the cream and mix well and then turn off the heat and let the tea sit for another 1-2 minutes
  4. Strain the tea into your serving cups and then well….. Tea is ready.

Ingredients (Boba Cubes)

  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 Tbsp of gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp of coca powder or 1 tsp of instant coffee
  •  2 Tsp  (low carb sweetener of choice)
  • Sweeten to taste   

Method (Boba Cubes)

 To prepare your gelatin, mix it in hot water and add unsweetened coca powder/instant coffee along with low carb sugar. Pour the mixture in a mold and wait till it gets harder. Make small dice and dip it in the tea.
