A perfect healthy drink “Masla bobaa tea”. Served either hot or cold!
Ingredients (Masla Tea)
- 400 ml Water
- 2 Tbsp Tea Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Whip Cream (if you are on KETO DIET) otherwise ½ cup of milk
- 1 piece Ginger
- 4 Cardamom Pods
- 2 Tsp (low carb sweetener of choice) Sweeten to taste
Method (Masla Tea)
Peel and chop the ginger and
crush the cardamom.
- Put the water on the stove and
add the ginger and cardamom and bring to a rolling boil
- Add the tea leaves and boil
away for 2-3 minutes and also add in the sweetener of your choice
- Add in the cream and mix well
and then turn off the heat and let the tea sit for another 1-2 minutes
- Strain the tea into your
serving cups and then well….. Tea is ready.
Ingredients (Boba Cubes)
- ½ cup of hot water
- 1 Tbsp of gelatin powder
- 1 tsp of coca powder or 1 tsp of instant coffee
- 2 Tsp (low carb sweetener of choice)
- Sweeten to taste
Method (Boba Cubes)
To prepare your gelatin, mix it in hot water and add unsweetened coca powder/instant coffee along with low carb sugar. Pour the mixture in a mold and wait till it gets harder. Make small dice and dip it in the tea.
