Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coffee
(freshly beaten)
- 1 tablespoon any sweetener
(substitute of sugar)
- 1 to 2 scoop of gelatin
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- Water/ milk
Directions
- In a cup add mint, 1
tablespoon water and sweetener give it a good mix, add ice and set it aside.
- Take a blender add gelatin
and hot coffee (water + coffee). Blend for 2 to 3 minutes
