Make a healthy snack for children on this Pakistan day filled with protein and energy booster
Dissolve the gelatin in 2 1/2 cups cold water in a bowl.
Combine the rosewater, food colour, sugar, and hot water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Stir the gelatin mixture into the boiling mixture and stir until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir 1 cup cold water into the gelatin mixture.
Prepare the pudding mix, according to the packet directions
Beat the cream, until smooth and fold it in the pudding mixture.
For Assembling: pour some jelly liquid at the bottom of your serving glass. Keep in refrigerator until set. Then pour over it pudding mixture, again refrigerate until set. Now add another layer of jelly and again refrigerate until set
Serve Chilled!
