If you are already missing Ramadan here is a yummy RoohAfza dessert
Ingredients
- 1-litre milk
- 4 Tablespoon gelatin
- 4 tbsp Rooh Afza
- 8 tbsp sugar
Directions
- Heat milk in a wide deep pan and bring
it to a boil.
- Now reduce heat and continue cooking
till the quantity of milk reduces to half don’t forget to stir in between on
and off. Meanwhile in water add gelatin in separate bowl and leave it for 5 min
and the boil it. Now add sugar to the pan and mix well.
- Remove this from flame and only then
add milk and Rooh Afza. (Do not cook after adding milk). Stir this well and
pour into moulds or cups.
- It will solidify on reaching room
temperature.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and cut
into pieces. Serve cold as it is or garnished with cream, dry fruits or any
other topping of your choice.
